This Director of Communications role leads event operations alongside OHTN’s brand, content, and internal communications. You will oversee the Annual OHTN Research Conference, quarterly conferences, and other events across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats. The position manages logistics, accessibility, vendors, budgets, communications products, and event reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver OHTN conferences and hosted events
- Oversee speakers, registration, venues, vendors, budgets, and accessibility
- Integrate event promotion, branding, materials, and participant communications
- Manage websites, newsletters, reports,



presentations, and statements
- Coach staff and monitor performance, costs, risks, and quality

Requirements:

- Communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related degree
- Eight years of progressive communications experience
- Three years leading a team
- Event, conference, media relations, and issues management experience
- Digital channels, WordPress, analytics, budget, and vendor knowledge
