Lead advisor growth for PPI across Eastern Ontario and Gatineau, connecting independent insurance advisors with tools, education, and support.

As Director, Business Development, you will help PPI increase Mass Market production while promoting its value proposition to advisors. You will provide relationship management, sales case support, and practice management for aligned advisors. Your work connects resources across PPI and supports advisor qualified success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect advisors with PPI resources, tools, and education
- Record advisor activities and interactions in trackers
- Provide documentation and training supporting compliance standards
- Participate actively in industry events
- Attract selected advisors to PPI as their MGA

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of industry experience
- Knowledge of family and business insurance products
- Understanding of PPI tools and resources
- Life licensed with CFP or CLU designation, or pursuing one
- Organized, adaptable, and focused on primary tasks
