As Sector Director, you will lead regional Healthcare planning within a matrix organization and contribute perspective to broader sector strategy. You will connect project teams, clients, and experts while identifying capabilities needed for recent opportunities. The work also includes managing risk, improving sales processes, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional Healthcare sales planning and service integration
- Anticipate sector trends and respond to market conditions
- Develop Healthcare champions across Business Units




- Identify expertise and capacity required for opportunities
- Advise leaders on delivery, contractual, and commercial risks
