This Business Planning Consultant role helps advisors manage transitions and optimize their operations within Business Enablement. You will coordinate location changes, support business continuity strategies, and maintain accurate contractual documentation. The position also contributes to network assessments, footprint recommendations, and collaboration with the Senior Manager, Agency Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support smooth transitions of business operations
- Develop continuity strategies with advisors
- Orchestrate advisor office location assessments
- Coordinate contract documentation and processes
- Govern network assessment checkpoints

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ experience in related areas
- Financial services or insurance industry background
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Advanced Power BI and Power Automate understanding
- Innovative mindset focused on operational efficiency

Use relationship-building, technology, and business judgment to guide CGIC advisors through planning, contracts, transitions, and operational change.
