This Assistant Manager contributes to the daily operation of Aera’s cocktail bar, sushi counter, dining room, and rooftop terrace. You will help maintain a best-in-class beverage program while understanding the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings. The position also supports activations, cost controls, and evolving guest preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the restaurant’s beverage program and offerings
- Understand food, wine, cocktails, and beverage service
- Assist with beverage and supply inventory management
- Support profitability and cost-control efforts
- Monitor dining trends and changing guest preferences

Requirements:

- Strong wine, cocktail, and beverage knowledge
- WSET certification considered an asset
- High-volume bar or lounge leadership considered an asset
