Lead RLD Intelligence product direction from Toronto, combining conversational AI, benchmarking, and enterprise SaaS strategy for healthcare customers.

In this Senior Product Manager role, you will define how RLD Intelligence is positioned, packaged, and experienced across RLD360. You will create differentiated products from up-to-date data platform capabilities and develop market-facing offerings. The focus includes actionable insights, conversational experiences, and new commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own RLD Intelligence end-user proposition and market positioning
- Define conversational AI and embedded AI sidekick experiences
- Establish benchmarking and intelligence product direction
- Develop market opportunities and commercial offerings from data




- Partner collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

Requirements:

- Senior product management experience with data-driven products
- Proven success with end-user intelligence platforms
- Experience translating platforms into customer-facing products
- Conversational AI, analytics, or benchmarking experience is desirable
- Databricks or modern data platform experience is desirable
