As a senior Partner Manager, you will lead initiatives spanning vendor migrations, product and process rollouts, regulatory implementations, and sustained adoption. You will serve as a senior escalation point, support unique partner operational needs, and coordinate teams across Operations, Compliance, Product, Risk, Training, Quality Assurance, and Workforce Management. Your analysis will guide priorities and interventions.
