As Manager, you will foster empathy, safety, and well-being while helping services exceed residents’ and families’ expectations. The work includes coordinating departments, supporting staffing and purchasing, and maintaining operational efficiency. Geriatric or memory care experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Foster empathy, safety, and resident well-being
- Coordinate holistic, integrated care across departments
- Liaise with physicians, pharmacies, and community partners
- Support staffing, budgeting, purchasing, and operational efficiency




- Maintain required clinical records and medication practices

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ healthcare clinical experience
- Geriatrics or memory care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Knowledge of applicable Retirement Homes and Nursing Acts
- Valid license, reliable vehicle, CPR, First Aid, and required screening
