Oversee maintenance projects, contracts and financial services at Mount Carmel Clinic, working Monday through Friday across operational locations.

The Manager of Finance and Operations leads maintenance and day-to-day accounting under the Director of Finance and Operations. This position supervises Finance and Maintenance staff and supports projects affecting clinic facilities. Relevant strengths include building maintenance software, Excel and cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the maintenance program and related contracts
- Plan and complete maintenance and renovation projects
- Lead accounting and financial reporting activities
- Supervise Finance and Maintenance personnel
- Apply Manitoba safety standards to maintenance work

Requirements:





- Accounting program education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years’ related accounting and operations leadership experience
- Working knowledge of Manitoba Safety and Health standards
- Proficiency with maintenance software, accounting systems and Excel
- Understanding of Indigenous culture, traditions and colonization impacts
