Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this Regional Manager role connects clinics with Support Centre resources and operating standards. You will develop high-performing leaders, improve workforce management, and build accountability around OKRs. Regular travel enables relationship building, clinic visits, and consistent execution across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead change through regular clinic visits and coaching
- Identify and develop high-potential clinic talent
- Partner with clinical leaders on consistent care
- Strengthen cost discipline and monthly business insights




- Coordinate administrative accountability across clinic operations

Requirements:

- 5+ years managing multiple sites, preferably healthcare
- Solid coaching, mentoring, and leadership capabilities
