Own electrical QA/QC and field delivery for IREN’s greenfield AI data center campus in Canal Flats, BC, supporting a 24-hour two-crew schedule.

The Construction Superintendent – Electrical leads installation, inspection, testing, and energization across a 30 MW liquid-cooled facility. You will build and manage ITPs, inspection protocols, and non-conformance processes while overseeing critical power systems. Data center commissioning, liquid-cooled infrastructure, NETA certification, and tagged-system turnover are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage the Electrical QA/QC program
- Oversee MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and busway
- Manage grounding, bonding, pathways, controls, and temporary power
- Lead pre-functional, functional,



and integrated systems testing
- Track milestones, budgets, schedules, and structured turnover

Requirements:

- 7+ years in electrical construction management
- 3+ years in superintendent or senior field leadership
- Demonstrated ITP and non-conformance management experience
- Knowledge of BC Building Code and applicable electrical standards
- Willingness to cover night shifts as project work ramps
