As a Finance Systems Specialist, you will work with finance teams, business leaders, IT partners, and external consultants. Your focus includes financial process improvement, stakeholder requirements, system support, and scalable practices across business units. The work covers billing, revenue management, project accounting, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and period-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate stakeholders throughout testing, implementation, and deployment
- Prioritize support issues and communicate business impacts
- Improve billing, revenue, intercompany, and reconciliation workflows
- Establish repeatable templates,



reports, and operating practices
- Manage progress, risks, priorities, and outstanding issues

Requirements:

- Degree in information systems, business, accounting, finance, or related field
- Three or more years of hands-on ERP experience
- Experience supporting multiple entities or business units
- Ability to guide users through system changes
- Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
