As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support designated divisions within the Gordon Food Service family. The position covers workforce planning, internal offers, onboarding, biweekly payroll, perks, off-boarding, vendor bills, unemployment claims, recruitment, and compliance. It also supports training, wellness, orientation, and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process new hires and onboarding from offer through 90 days
- Administer biweekly payroll and employee administrative functions
- Manage off-boarding paperwork and departure surveys
- Attend job fairs and support local sourcing efforts
- Evaluate third-party vendor bills for payment

Requirements:

- At least two years of Human Resources experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
- Understanding of GFS culture, policies, and employment regulations
- Ability to develop solutions for moderately complex problems
- Workday and UKG/Kronos knowledge is an asset
