This Senior Network Engineer position supports Demonware’s Platform Department, serving teams across Vancouver, Shanghai, and Dublin. You will run data centre network infrastructure, act as an escalation point, and help evolve secure, scalable services. The role is onsite in Vancouver four days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run network infrastructure across Demonware data centres
- Provision hardware and manage infrastructure lifecycles
- Act as escalation point for networks and services
- Collaborate globally during troubleshooting and debugging
- Support scheduled on-call coverage with engineers worldwide

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of practical network experience
- Large-scale network experience in global 24/7 environments
- Robust understanding of routing, switching, load balancers, or firewalls
- Tenacity for root-cause debugging and technology problem solving
- Unix shell programming and ideally Python scripting skills
