Ledcor Building seeks experienced construction leadership for complex highrise residential projects. You will support company standards, develop quality programs, coach team members, manage hourly employees, and maintain relationships that serve clients and future business. The position calls for more than ten years of field operations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead teams delivering highrise projects to completion
- Support Ledcor’s safety, quality, integrity, and sustainability values
- Coach team members through constructive feedback




- Manage hourly employees and approve detailed timecards
- Maintain subcontractor, supplier, client, and consultant relationships

Requirements:

- 10+ years of full cycle highrise construction experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams
- Expertise in safety, OH&S;, and environmental regulations
- Knowledge of schedules, drawings, equipment, and contract negotiations
- Valid driver’s license and related industry education
