Use civil construction knowledge, document control, and risk tracking to support technical delivery for ONxpress’s active railway construction sites.

As Technical Coordinator, Track, you will work within the newly established Construction Technical Office. The position connects site teams and design consultants across construction stages. Responsibilities cover multi-disciplinary drawings, technical submissions, design changes, construction risks, and documentation supporting work areas and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret drawings and specifications, identifying coordination gaps
- Monitor risks affecting construction progress or quality
- Support design change impact tracking across scope, cost, schedule, and risk




- Maintain approved documents and remove superseded drawings
- Escalate overdue submissions and keep teams informed

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in a related technical discipline
- Two-plus years in construction or design coordination
- Understanding of earthworks, structures, drainage, and site operations
- Microsoft Office proficiency and Bluebeam Revu experience are assets
- Document platform familiarity, including ACC or Aconex, is an asset
