Coast Capital Savings calls this branch-based position Relationship Manager, commonly known elsewhere as Senior Financial Advisor. You will act as a Coast Capital ambassador, offering trusted advice and matching financial products to unique member needs. Training takes place at Grandview Corners Branch before permanent Surrey assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify lending, credit, and investment opportunities
- Match members with suitable core banking products
- Collaborate on referrals for complex and specialized needs
- Help customers manage, save, grow, and protect finances




- Deliver member-first experiences through trusted advice

Requirements:

- Five years of bank or credit union customer experience
- Post-secondary finance, business administration, or related education
- Investment Funds in Canada qualification
- Solid knowledge of daily banking and complex investments
- Ability to build relationships and identify referral opportunities

Use financial services knowledge, sales judgment, and member-focused relationship skills to advise customers through Coast Capital’s Surrey branches.
