Lead Harding Display Corp’s graphic and 3D design team from Scarborough, Ontario, while creating visual concepts for temporary and permanent displays.

Reporting to the Studio Director, the Head of Creative Design combines strategic leadership with active design contribution. You will build department capabilities, manage performance, improve workflows, and maintain quality across customer-facing deliverables. Your work will connect brand objectives, creative concepts, production requirements, and commercial considerations.

- Build creative capabilities supporting future growth
- Set performance expectations and conduct regular reviews
- Balance team workload and department resource allocation




- Standardize improved processes and document new solutions
- Prepare final graphics templates and manage project files

Requirements:

- 5+ years of creative people and strategic leadership
- 10+ years of progressive graphic and 3D design roles
- Post-secondary design degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to translate briefs into compelling creative concepts
- Solid communication, organization, and time management skills
