The role serves patients with diabetes and related metabolic conditions in specialized outpatient clinical practice. Vancouver Coastal Health seeks a physician for the Department of Medicine and Division of Endocrinology. Additional Endocrinology and Metabolism training is an asset, not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide ambulatory assessment and longitudinal diabetes management
- Conduct general internal medicine and endocrine consultations
- Interpret laboratory and other diagnostic investigations
- Adjust pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment plans




- Maintain documentation and complete patient follow-up

Requirements:

- Postgraduate specialty training in Internal Medicine
- Eligibility to practise Internal Medicine in British Columbia
- Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage is mandatory
- Experience with advanced insulin delivery technologies
- Willingness to participate in required clinical supervision
