Lead social listening platform engineering for Agility PR Solutions, fully remotely, guiding developer growth and production-grade AI-driven applications. Focus on accurate, complete mention data.

As Manager, Software Development, you will set direction for systems finding and capturing mentions across the internet. Lead a team responsible for collection pipelines, integrations, and mention matching, while contributing to AI workflows and Agents. Ensure data practices address robots.txt, platform terms, copyright, licensing, and privacy legislation. Partner with Legal as needed and coordinate across business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build accountability, collaboration, improvement, and technical excellence
- Define and monitor source coverage and mention accuracy metrics




- Ensure compliant data collection practices with Legal
- Oversee on-call processes and production issue analysis
- Support client coverage concerns with Customer Success

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of software development experience
- Two-plus years leading or managing developer teams
- Experience with Agile, JIRA, and Confluence
- Understanding of legal and ethical data collection considerations
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, entity recognition, or sentiment analysis
