Demonstrate Milestone video technology and develop resellers remotely from a major Alberta or British Columbia city. Build partner sales across Western Canada.

This Inside Channel Manager role focuses on software and hardware sales through Milestone reseller development. You will promote XProtect, BriefCam, Arcules, and Husky while accelerating newly signed partner sales. The position combines demonstrations, webinars, customer calls, and regional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and support XProtect video management software sales
- Develop BriefCam, Arcules, and Husky partner sales
- Perform daily live software web demonstrations
- Lead informative webinars for resellers and end customers
- Travel quarterly into the assigned Western Canada region

Requirements:

- Background in inside sales, sales development, or account management
- Software demonstration experience with customers or partners
- Customer relationship management experience
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
- High customer service orientation and independent judgment
