This permanent full time role sits within Nexus Client Delivery and focuses on fund accounting activities. Responsibilities include transaction processing, NAV schedules, audit assistance, financial statements, fees, SOC1 controls, and checklists. Finance or accounting education is preferred, while fund administration experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate accounting transactions and understand fund NAV impacts
- Complete operational controls and relevant SOC1 checklists
- Ensure deliverables and client queries meet SLA standards




- Ensure fees are billed and collected on time
- Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and high client service levels

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education concentrated in finance or accounting preferred
- Fund administration industry experience considered an asset
- Professional accounting designation completion or interest is an asset
- Ability to support accurate transaction processing
- Willingness to perform other ad hoc tasks
