Develop production AI and data solutions remotely for Kinaxis, using pipelines, modern platforms, and robust debugging instincts across North America.

Kinaxis is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for its customer-focused deployment unit. You will build solutions on the Maestro Platform and improve reusable capabilities. The work spans ingestion, transformation, serving, monitoring, backend services, and production troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain customer solutions end-to-end
- Run multiple workstreams based on customer priorities
- Partner with Product and Engineering on platform improvements
- Measure outcomes through efficiency and exception reduction
- Unblock yourself and deliver without close supervision

Requirements:

- Build pipelines with Airflow, Kafka, dbt, or equivalents
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar
- Understanding of data modeling and performance fundamentals
- Strong debugging skills with imperfect production data
- Two to five years in software or data engineering

Combine data engineering, agentic applications, and pragmatic customer delivery to create scalable Kinaxis capabilities for supply chain operations.
