Capco is seeking an experienced writer to collaborate with Cloud Engineering and Security teams. The position supports cloud configurations, security standards, remediation activities, and operational procedures connected to OSFI findings. Documentation will serve technical teams, auditors, regulatory reviewers, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders while maintaining clear traceability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain documentation for cloud security and infrastructure hardening
- Explain complex engineering concepts clearly and accurately
- Document configurations, technical standards, and operational procedures




- Support audit readiness through consistent remediation evidence
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate stakeholder deliverables

Requirements:

- Five or more years of technical writing experience
- Experience documenting cloud engineering environments
- Understanding of cloud security controls and standards
- Ability to support governance, audit, and regulatory review
- Solid communication across engineering, risk, and compliance
