Manage maritime and defence capital projects at WSP, leading schedules, budgets, risks, and teams for secure infrastructure. The position requires shipyard experience.

This Lead Project Manager role serves complex defence and federal infrastructure, including shipyards, maintenance facilities, logistics assets, and training facilities. You will direct multidisciplinary delivery teams while maintaining accountability for scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk. The position also includes mentoring staff and supporting client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex capital projects from procurement through project closeout
- Control scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and resources
- Direct architecture, engineering, security, and specialty consultants
- Mentor project managers, controls professionals, engineers,



and junior staff
- Resolve delivery challenges with clients and project stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
- Seven-plus years of progressive project delivery experience
- Significant defence or federal infrastructure experience
- Required experience managing maritime or shipyard projects
- Ability to obtain and maintain required federal security clearance
