Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare estimates for roofing and waterproofing projects
- Check drawings before pricing submissions
- Communicate tender matters with project stakeholders
- Support project management with contract questions
- Work with ownership on special projects

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of roofing estimating experience
- Experience with new roof and reroof projects
- Experience with ICI flat roofing systems
- Ability to review contracts, quotations, and CCDC documents
- Clear qualified communication with construction stakeholders
