In this Senior Manager of Facilities & Real Estate position, you will manage renovations, tenant improvements, maintenance, repairs, and occupancy planning. You will coordinate vendors and contractors while overseeing schedules, budgets, and service delivery. The position also supports business continuity and facility readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and vendors for timely delivery
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, space planning, and workplace improvements
- Ensure facilities are protected,



operational, and occupancy-ready
- Lead cross-functional facilities and workplace initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and three-plus years of related experience
- Experience with multi-site facility operations
- Experience managing budgets and capital projects
- Strong project management and vendor management skills
- Ability to identify problems and implement solutions
