This General Manager, Restaurant position oversees a fast-paced premier dining establishment and its daily operation. You will guide recruitment, mentorship, development, and coaching for department leaders and employees. Robust beverage, culinary, and wine knowledge supports the role, alongside participation in financial forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead service excellence across daily restaurant operations
- Maintain consistently friendly and professional guest interactions
- Develop department leaders and employees through mentorship




- Coach employees to prioritize superior guest service
- Support monthly forecasting and month-end commentary

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ senior Food and Beverage Management experience
- Strong beverage, culinary, and wine knowledge required
- Computer literacy across Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Windows
- One year of high-volume bar experience is an asset
- Post-secondary Hospitality or Food and Beverage degree an asset
