Build on advanced Workday experience as Keyera’s Senior HRMS Analyst, supporting Human Resources from Calgary or possibly Edmonton. Lead meaningful system work.

This permanent position combines Workday subject matter expertise with project leadership and operational support. You will maintain modules including Talent, Recruitment, Compensation, and Onboarding. You will also evaluate releases, explain technical language clearly, and collaborate with HRMS and integration specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide ad hoc Workday advice, troubleshooting, and configuration support
- Support Talent, Succession, Recruitment, Compensation, and Onboarding modules
- Evaluate release changes and impacts across connected IT systems
- Maintain functional documentation and transfer knowledge




- Monitor relevant Workday technology trends through community participation

Requirements:

- University education in Human Resources or IT
- Six to eight-plus years of applicable Workday functional experience
- Workday certifications considered an asset
- Ability to translate IT language into business-friendly communication
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, conscientious, and professionally accountable approach

Use Workday expertise, release analysis, and explicit communication to strengthen Keyera’s HR technology operations and projects.
