Support Aecon Civil’s infrastructure delivery in North York through project controls, performance reporting, and integrated schedule management.

The Planner develops reliable project information for internal and external clients while supporting schedule, cost, resource, and progress analysis. Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager, this position collaborates across construction and project controls teams. Responsibilities also include 5D integration, performance trending, and mentoring planning personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop progress measurement and analyze performance data
- Monitor schedule KPIs, trends, variance, and float
- Support 5D integration with models, costs, and cash flow
- Maintain schedule integrity across the project life cycle
- Supervise,

Requirements:

- Undergraduate Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Seven-plus years planning civil infrastructure major projects
- Complex project planning, scheduling, and management experience
- Expert Primavera P6 and TILOS knowledge may be required
- SAP, Hard Dollar, PowerBI, and Synchro knowledge is an asset
