As an experienced Functional/Technical Application Consultant, you will support a live Dayforce environment for a public sector organization. The six-month, full-time contract focuses on technical problem-solving across APIs, file-based integrations, scheduled jobs, ERP connections, configuration, and system enhancements. You will also contribute to testing, release readiness, documentation, and knowledge transfer across IT, Payroll, HR, Finance, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate integrations, APIs, file transfers, and scheduled jobs
- Analyze data discrepancies and ERP connections, including Microsoft Dynamics 365




- Implement approved enhancements and production fixes
- Support regression testing, integration testing, UAT, and releases
- Develop troubleshooting runbooks and transfer knowledge internally

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of hands-on Dayforce experience
- Significant experience supporting live production environments
- Experience with Dayforce configuration and complex troubleshooting
- Technical experience supporting integrations and scheduled processing
- Excellent documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
