WSP is seeking a senior engineer for its Resources subsector, supporting industrial and mining clients across Canada. You will lead advanced design, review technical documents, and act as a trusted technical advisor. The work includes mentoring talent, construction reviews, service offering development, and coordination with engineers, designers, and technical specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as technical advisor to industrial and mining clients
- Sign and seal calculations under provincial requirements
- Conduct technical reviews of structural designs and models




- Mentor and develop intermediate and junior team members
- Support service offerings, cost estimates, and risk management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- P.Eng. license in New Brunswick or Ontario
- Strong CSA standards and building code knowledge
- Advanced structural software experience, including STAAD or SAP2000
- Multidisciplinary coordination and client relations experience
