Apply industrial electrical expertise to Innergex’s run-of-river hydroelectric operations at Stave, British Columbia. Work remotely on an eight-on, six-off rotation with paid travel days.

This Operator position supports facility reliability through maintenance, control applications, and safe equipment operation. Reporting to operations leadership or the Site Supervisor, you will complete preventive and corrective work, interpret engineering drawings, and document activities. The work requires independent judgment, teamwork, and compliance with Innergex standards, permits, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete maintenance tasks using industry best practices
- Interpret engineering drawings during operations and maintenance
- Investigate repair solutions and operating anomalies as needed




- Complete hazard assessments before starting field work
- Attend safety meetings, inspections, drills, and incident reviews

Requirements:

- Red Seal Industrial Electrician certification or relevant trade equivalent
- Three to five-plus years of related experience
- Experience with computer-based control applications
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Ability to work independently in wide-ranging industrial conditions
