Shape consistent building envelope quality at Bothwell-Accurate’s Surrey manufacturing facility through procedures, technical documentation, and corrective action tracking. The position is permanent and full time.

This Building Envelope QA/QC Technician role supports a growing quality program across manufacturing and field operations. You will maintain inspection records, develop standard operating procedures, and collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, Shop Foremen, and Site Superintendents. Field inspections across the Lower Mainland may expand as responsibilities develop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement quality procedures, checklists, and operating standards
- Maintain accurate quality assurance records and reports
- Coordinate corrective actions for non-conforming materials




- Support training on inspection requirements and best practices
- Contribute to quality improvement across projects and sites

Requirements:

- Related technical diploma, degree, or recognized trade certification
- Minimum two to three years of QA/QC experience
- Experience preparing technical reports and inspection documentation
- Microsoft Office proficiency; construction software experience is beneficial
- Ability to travel throughout the Lower Mainland
