Support hospital-based hand therapy at Lions Gate Hospital as an Occupational Therapist with Vancouver Coastal Health in North Vancouver.

The role focuses on upper extremity injuries, advanced occupational therapy, and optimal health outcomes. You will work independently and collaboratively, consult with health professionals, and recognize when referrals are required. Research participation and effective service evaluation are also part of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide consultation and education to clients and colleagues
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care professionals
- Recognize when referral to another qualified is required
- Evaluate effectiveness of occupational therapy services

Requirements:

- Three years of acute-setting Occupational Therapy experience
- One year of orthopaedics or hands experience
- Certified Hand Therapist certification and examination completion
- Full current registration with CHCPBC
- Physical ability and basic computer literacy
