Turn ERP data into reliable financial reporting as a Financial Analyst in Mississauga, with advanced Excel and manufacturing experience.

Reporting to the Controller, this full-time contract provides minimum 12-month maternity coverage. You will process invoices, maintain reconciliations, investigate general ledger discrepancies, and help maintain internal controls. The position also supports ERP-related processes, bank transactions, year-end inventory counts, and external audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process vendor invoices and maintain ERP coding accuracy
- Reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and support month-end close
- Investigate and resolve general ledger discrepancies
- Maintain internal controls and support ERP-related processes




- Assist with banking transactions and wire transfers

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of accounting or finance experience
- Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or business administration
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Solid problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
