Represent Community Living Port Colborne-Wainfleet with credibility while advancing developmental services, government relations, fundraising, and community partnerships. The CEO reports to the Board.

This Chief Executive Officer will build trusted relationships with families, employees, funders, government representatives, and external stakeholders. You will promote CLPCW’s priorities, monitor sector and legislative developments, support fundraising, and champion inclusive, meaningful lives for individuals with developmental disabilities. Strategic leadership remains central to the mandate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent CLPCW with government, funders, media, and communities
- Build relationships with funding sources and government representatives
- Lead fundraising and diversify revenue opportunities
- Participate in sector networks,



committees, and community events
- Promote open dialogue with families and supported individuals

Requirements:

- Senior leadership experience with strategic and operational responsibility
- Knowledge of developmental services operating and funding structures
- Experience building relationships with families and external stakeholders
- Fundraising, government relations, and partnership experience an asset
- Experience supporting Board governance practices

Use executive leadership, stakeholder engagement, and developmental services knowledge to strengthen CLPCW’s community presence and sustainability.
