Supervise scrap yard teams across 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. continental rotational shifts.

Triple M Metal seeks a Supervisor to direct daily duties, monitor operational goals, and maintain workplace safety and quality. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position oversees staff, material shipments, equipment activities, reports, inventory adjustments, and employee timecards. The work requires knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, location-specific production or mobile equipment, and Meyer Materials, cash, and scale systems. Candidates must manage outdoor conditions and physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor team compliance with safety and environmental policies
- Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions to management




- Inspect material before shipment and verify specifications
- Approve timecards and report cash balances
- Supervise contractors and provide Operations Manager updates

Requirements:

- Previous skid steer, forklift, and general maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Meyer Materials, cash, and scale systems
- Experience leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring staff
- Ability to work outdoors around noise, dust, and equipment
- Ability to walk, climb, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
