This HSE Specialist works with plant management and employees to maintain safe working environments and established safety rules. The position supports training, workers’ compensation claims, investigations, and corrective actions. It also helps ensure safety orientations and regulatory requirements are effectively completed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with plant management on safety needs
- Coordinate employee orientation and safety training
- Assist with injury, incident, and near-miss investigations
- Support workers’ compensation claim management
- Maintain employee interest in Health and Safety programs

Requirements:

- Related bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental, or Safety Management
- One to five years of experience
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to train employees on safety subjects
- Ability to work in plant environments and wear PPE
