Stantec’s Senior Team Lead supports the Site Investigation and Remediation team within its Environmental Services Business Centre. Reporting to the Business Centre Operations Leader, you will represent SIR to leadership and collaborate across technical teams. Your work combines people management with reports, proposals, project support, and client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent SIR in broader Environmental Services meetings
- Resource proposals and projects with sector and project leaders
- Coach Team Leads on career progression and development
- Coordinate recruitment, transfers, onboarding, and information technology setup

Requirements:

- Robust interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Organized, supportive delegator able to prioritize multiple demands
- Previous leadership or management experience is desirable
- Understanding of intrusive investigation methods and remediation principles
