Drive Super.com’s AI-first security program through vulnerability tooling, detection capabilities, team leadership, and enterprise risk accountability.

As the most senior security leader, you will help the company adopt AI safely while expanding security’s impact beyond headcount. You will lead engineers and directors, align outcomes with company objectives, and partner across departments. The scope includes secure-by-default practices, customer protection, compliance, and board-level security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion AI-first security tooling and adoption
- Build security culture across every development team
- Mentor junior, Staff, and Director-level reports
- Hire engineers, GRC staff, and SOC partners
- Report overall security posture and risk acceptance

Requirements:

- 10+ years of security experience
- 4+ years leading a security function or major pillar
- Notable AI transformation outcomes in security, engineering, or IT
- Experience managing senior technical and people leaders
- Application, infrastructure, detection, IT, identity, or GRC expertise
