As Team Lead, Building Mechanical, you will lead delivery and help develop a high-performing team serving water and wastewater infrastructure. Your player-coach responsibilities span treatment facilities, pumping stations, and complex process-support environments. You will collaborate across disciplines, strengthen client relationships, and champion quality throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects from planning through commissioning
- Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Maintain trusted relationships with water-sector clients
- Mentor technical teams and support their development
- Champion quality and innovation during delivery

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Qualified Engineer designation in Canada
- 10+ years of mechanical systems experience
- Knowledge of NFPA, ASHRAE, CSA, ASME, and codes
- Ability to support business development initiatives
