As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will serve as a Learning subject matter expert within EY’s HR Technology practice. You will lead engagements, facilitate decisions, develop accelerators, and support continuous learning and innovation. Preferred experience includes integrations, Agile delivery, analytics, and global rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a SAP SuccessFactors Learning subject matter expert
- Lead client workshops, demonstrations, and stakeholder presentations
- Guide governance, compliance, and third-party application integration
- Coach junior team members through complex delivery work
- Create accelerators, templates, and thought-leadership content
Requirements:
- Six-plus years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience
- Deep expertise in Learning Management Systems
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Experience managing client relationships in consulting environments
