Maintain critical maintenance records and work orders for Sandvik at Upper Beaver, using Maximo and customer CMMS systems onsite.

This Maintenance Planner coordinates maintenance execution for Sandvik’s full contract at the Upper Beaver site. You will record labour, parts, downtime, equipment history, and completed work while supporting accurate planning information. The role also produces reports and helps improve data quality and equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, update, issue, and close Maximo work orders
- Duplicate required information in the customer’s JDE CMMS
- Record completed work, parts, labour, and downtime
- Generate equipment availability and backlog KPI reports
- Identify improvements to plans, data, and work execution

Requirements:

- Experience with Maximo, JDE, or another computerized maintenance system
- Strong maintenance planning and computer skills
- Ability to maintain accurate data across multiple systems
- Robust organizational, reporting, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday daytime hours
