Vale Base Metals is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture to partner with engineering, cybersecurity, data, automation, ERP, and operational teams. You will embed in capital projects, support brownfield integration, and improve designs across enterprise IT, OT, and industrial systems. The role reports to the Head – Governance and Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage operational teams across mine sites and processing facilities
- Influence capital project design decisions early
- Support OT modernization while minimizing operational disruption




- Co-design solutions with cybersecurity and delivery teams
- Establish repeatable patterns from incidents and projects

Requirements:

- Senior hands-on architecture leadership experience
- Global, distributed, and site-based team experience
- Proven ability to integrate IT, OT, and industrial systems
- Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
