Translate complex business requirements into integrated systems for Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries, combining solution architecture, stakeholder coordination, and technology risk analysis. Report to a Manager.

In this Solution Architect role, you will design business solutions that support core organizational functions and system availability. You will collaborate with business analysts, vendors, developers, testers, operations, and technical architects to shape solution options. You will also provide functional supervision and oversight for architecture deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and translate functional and non-functional requirements
- Coordinate internal technical resources and external vendors
- Provide functional supervision to design teams




- Arrange technical reviews and oversee contracted architect resources
- Identify technology risks requiring prototyping or proof of concept

Requirements:

- Recognized IT education or equivalent education, certification, and experience
- Ten years minimum Information Technology related experience
- Five years minimum advanced domain experience
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience building trust with partners and stakeholders
