At NORR, you will lead delivery of the organization’s most complex electrical engineering projects. You will provide senior oversight, strengthen long-term client partnerships, and support strategic pursuits. Your knowledge may include M&E; and structural building systems, architectural design, permits, and building codes.

- Deliver complex projects from pursuit through completion
- Manage sector delivery, contractual commitments, quality, and performance
- Build lasting partnerships with clients and key stakeholders
- Support planning, presentations, and interviews for strategic pursuits
- Advance organization-wide project delivery practices

Requirements:

- Principal-level electrical engineering experience
- 12 to 15 years' experience
- Prior client management and project management experience
- Flexibility, resourcefulness, and excellent leadership skills
- Ability to obtain security clearance
