The Accounting Manager combines core accounting leadership with process improvement and business analysis across multiple units. You will support ERP and reporting-tool enhancements, automation initiatives, financial workflows, and data visibility projects. The position includes testing, implementation, and optimization of finance tools, alongside month-end reporting, budgeting, and operational insight. Exposure to Power BI, dashboards, automation platforms, or HIA is valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support ERP, dashboards, workflows, and reporting enhancements
- Participate in automation and finance transformation projects
- Test, implement,



and optimize finance systems and tools
- Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance members

Requirements:

- Four to seven years progressive accounting or finance experience
- Advanced Excel with models, pivots, lookups, and large datasets
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Power BI, dashboards, reporting, or automation exposure preferred
- Interest in process improvement and technology-enabled finance solutions
