Oversee financial close, external audits, governance, and reporting as Vice President Finance for a well established NPO organization. This is a hands-on setting.

This leadership role is responsible for accurate, timely, and reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. The Vice President Finance coordinates external auditors, oversees audit-related activities for affiliated entities, and strengthens financial governance. The role also manages finance operations, develops team capabilities, and collaborates across the organization on forecasting and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes
- Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting
- Serve as primary liaison with external auditors




- Oversee affiliated entities’ audit-related activities
- Strengthen finance team performance and leadership effectiveness

Requirements:

- Designated Chartered Professional Accountant
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience
- Experience coordinating annual external audits
- Ability to oversee financial reporting activities
- Ability to collaborate on forecasting and resource allocation
