This supervisor oversees maintenance and repair for trucks, loaders, and excavators supporting mining operations. The position reports to the Superintendent, Mobile Maintenance, and coordinates with employees, contractors, stakeholders, and operations. Success requires leading technicians, maintaining performance during twelve-hour shifts, and working in extreme weather.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate safety leadership across mobile maintenance activities
- Coach and develop technicians through daily supervision
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with operations requirements
- Monitor equipment availability, performance, and maintenance history
- Complete other duties as required

Requirements:

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Five-plus years of mobile equipment repair experience
- Ability to lift or move up to fifty pounds
- Ability to work and live in close quarters
